SIC will consult with our Vietnamese and their corporate executives, mainly via our local partners in order to determine our mutual business objectives. Based on these objectives, short and middle term projects can then be mapped out by referring Japanese experiences from WWII to the present.
1) SIC will analyze the feasibility of the proposed project mainly AFTA and ODA and other high potential projects (IPO, OTC).
2) Negotiations with stakeholders via contracted consulting companies and possibly other organizations in order to assess the project and prepare the prospectus.
3) Consultation with leading companies and other organizations in Vietnam in order to determine the project parameters and level of remote support from Japan including training the Vietnamese IT engineers in Vietnam and introducing them to Japanese manufactures.
4) We then introduce high potential investors corporate, individual. If requested and agreed upon, investors may provide resources for business development and project maintenance as well as consultation.
5) With the advice of Japanese specialists, who have worked on these issued during the last 40 years, we are looking for their input pertaining to any decisions that may need to be made towards the prospective Vietnam projects. This will enhance our benchmarking and project planning capabilities.
